Our skilled and empathetic PSW’s (Personal Support Workers) assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, eating, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support, and much more. Trained and certified PSWs provide all personal support services.
Meal Preparation
We help with meal preparation and cleaning up afterwards, and help with feeding if needed. We accompany clients with grocery shopping, and support with preparing culturally relevant meals made with ingredients that provide comfort. We support people who may have dietary restrictions such as low-sodium foods or diabetic diets.

Companionship
